What’s for You Won’t Pass You

I used to get so caught up in chasing something that I THOUGHT I really wanted and if I didn’t get it, I would be heartbroken. My monkey mind would then tell me I wasn’t good enough and go on a ramble and send me into a SPIRAL.

Once you look back at the situation 99.9% of the time there’s always a PERFECT reason you didn’t get what you thought you wanted and the reason is that there is something SO much better waiting for you.

It’s hard to think this when that’s all you have focused on and all you thought you wanted. I PROMISE what is for you will NEVER EVER pass you. It’s already written in the stars. So keep doing what you’re doing and just enjoy the ride. You’re EXACTLY where you need to be right this moment.

I thought I would add a couple of tips for you if you’re feeling out of sorts:

BREATHE – take a few moments away from whatever you’re doing put your hand on your heart, breathe in for five counts then breathe out for five counts. This is such a fantastic tool (yes your breath), but we’re so busy that we forget to tune in on it. This technique will quickly get you out of your mind and into your heart.

BE THANKFUL – Think of someone or something you’re grateful for and feel the gratitude in your heart.

JOURNAL – Write whatever you’re feeling down, just let it flow. Journaling has been so helpful for my healing.

NATURE – Spend time in nature, Mother Earth always has our back, see her beauty breathe in her oxygen she is providing to us. It will make you feel SO much better believe me.
